Did you know that Sterling College offers three business programs? Well, we do! These programs are designed to enhance skills, build expertise and gain valuable work experience. For those with little to no previous business experience, we offer a Diploma in Business Administration. This diploma can be completed in only one year and is an excellent option for those who are just starting out and looking for employment in a business-related position. For those who already have an undergraduate degree or five or more years of related experience, we offer the Postgraduate Certificate in Procurement and Supply Chain Management and the Postgraduate Certificate in Business Management. All programs are available with co-op options, so you can obtain that perfect combination of in-class learning and hands-on work experience.
Diploma in Business Administration
Program Focus: The year starts off with an introduction to small business fundamentals, computing, and office management. As students move through the year, there is a more advanced exploration of economics, marketing, accounting, business law, human resources and leadership.

Program Focus: This program focuses on topics such as strategic management, contracts and negotiation, risk management and maximizing efficiency and profitability.

Program Focus: This program prepares students for management careers with specializations in professional retail management, project management, or procurement. All students take the same courses in the first two quarters and choose their area of specialization after those courses are completed.
